These terms govern your use of the FormFinder app and website operated by FormFinder Pty Ltd (ACN 698 094 843). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FormFinder helps you find, understand, and complete Australian government forms. We are not a government agency, are not affiliated with any government department, and do not provide legal, tax, or migration advice.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if it's compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use FormFinder to submit fraudulent applications or impersonate someone else.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security.
Don't upload material that's unlawful, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers (Premium, Pro) are billed monthly or annually in AUD via the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Auto-renewing until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the app or your store account. 14-day no-questions refund for first-time subscribers.

5. Form accuracy

We work hard to keep forms current, but agencies update forms without notice. You're responsible for reviewing the final form before submission. AI search results, voice input, OCR pre-fill, and letter drafts may contain errors — always double-check before lodging.

6. Intellectual property

FormFinder owns the app, brand, code, and content (except your personal data, which is yours, and government form templates, which belong to the relevant agency). You retain rights to anything you upload.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; we'll give notice and a refund of unused subscription fees where reasonable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
